Vension & Pork Sausage (Gluten-free) Preservative free option available

Vension & Pork Sausage (Gluten-free) Preservative free option available

Like our venison & pork burger this sausage is virtually all meat, just a touch of seasoning, herbs and preservative. Which makes it ideal for those looking for a really meaty sausage as well as those needing gluten-free.  We produce it as a ring along the lines of the traditional Cumberland Sausage rather than linking the sausage so there's no confusion when we're producing, packing or selling the sausage.  Pack sizes vary from 250gm to 650gm.

ALLERGENS: Preservative E221 (sulphite)

PRESERVATIVE: We can make this mix without preservative, minimum order 2.5kg -This can be made into sausage and/or burgers.  Without preservative the sausage and burgers must be frozen immediately they arrive with you.  Please email us if you would like an order without preservative.

CASINGS: All our sausages are made in natural casings, thin sausages are made in lamb casings, thick sausages in hog(pig) casings. These sausages are made in LAMB casings.
